The following three phases are executed on all package, print and web projects to assure the following: That clients are involved in design direction; That the project conforms to a client's marketing strategies; that scheduling is adhered to. Prior to commencement of design, Freelancer India may suggest a third party for the following:

- Studies of current site
- Analysis of user behavior
- Specific demographic studies

Phase I: Initial Concepts

Subsequent to research findings, defining your targeted audience, marketing goals, and design preferences, we will commence with initial conceptual designs for your website, corporate identity or other visual medium. The agreed upon number of designs will be posted to a private, password protected website to accommodate your daily review throughout the project. You may also choose to create your own variations on our designs by the combination of modular elements.
(Print Projects: 1 week, Web Projects: 1-2 weeks)

Phase II: Revision 1 - Semi-final Designs

The objective of this phase is to solidify your selected design(s) and to present you with a tighter, more comprehensive layout of your new branding, imagery, font treatments, and color palettes. Web Projects: Website flow charting is also finalized in this phase, as well as your web interface. Upon your approval, we will finalize all design elements and commence execution of deliverables.
(Print: 1-2 weeks, Web Projects: 2-3 weeks)

Phase III: Revision 2 - Final Files  

Web Projects: In this phase the final website is constructed and placed online for testing. Subsequent to our testing, you are informed of the site's location so you may review it. Upon your approval, the new website is uploaded to a designated server. If you have engaged our services for search engine submission, we then carefully develop appropriate coding and search phraseology to maximize your potential for the highest level of ranking on search engine result pages. We also use other multiple, proprietary strategies to insure that prospects locate your site on the major engines.
(2-4 weeks)  

Print: Based on our suggestions and your requested revisions in Phase II, we will create the final files in full color incorporating all final changes. Once completed, we will e-mail or deliver these files. If you project requires printing, we will refer a professional service bureau for film production, as well as a printer . Depending on the printer's schedule, you should allow at least 2-4 weeks for a project to be printed. There are printers who can print on a 24 hour basis, provided that your piece is a standard size, viz., letter, legal, business card size, etc.

Our aim throughout the project will be to offer close contact with you and decision makers in your company. As a standard business practice, all requested changes are documented to assure that the project moves along on track, and that all requested changes are adhered to. Most projects can be executed within a period of 4-8 weeks, depending on the scope of your project. To keep to budget, we will also submit an expense approvals form prior to any expenditures.
